Estate planning, wills and administration of estates

Get your last will and testament in place before it is too late.

Review your will regularly and don't hesitate to discuss it with us, especially when your circumstances change. Such as - birth of a child, marriage, divorce, death of a family member, acquisition of property, or when receiving a comprehensive inheritance.

An important part of taking care of an elderly person is to ensure that he/she has a Will, and if necessary a Power of Attorney, and if it is his/her choice a Living Will.

(A Power of Attorney is a document a person can use to appoint someone to act and to make decisions on his/her behalf. A Living Will is an advance directive by which a person makes provision for health care decisions in the event that, in the future, he/she becomes unable to make those decisions.)

It is your choice who must be the executor of your estate. We can help you if you are the executor of the estate of a relative. Döman Attorneys Inc. also accept appointments as executors and are prepared to discuss fees for the administration of deceased estates.
